- In one year Chelsea successfully completed the sale of 2 properties in Canyon Lake and the purchase of a home in the S.A. area. One of the properties sold was an old mobile home. The other property sold was a very small home. So there were issues with both. She was very knowledgeable about pricing and work that needed to be completed (or not) before selling to include recommendations for handymen, movers, inspectors, surveyors, etc. . She held open houses, checked on the homes after I moved, was very attentive even after listing each property. When I was ready to purchase, she drove me to S.A. view many properties.
